Tiffiny Sumpter

Founder of Wound X Mobile

An AANP board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Wound Care Certified healthcare provider. She earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice from Coppin State University. With more than 25 years of healthcare experience and over 20 years specializing in wound care, Dr. Sumpter brings extensive clinical and leadership experience across hospitals, long-term care, skilled nursing, assisted living, and home-based care. Her passion for wound healing began early in her nursing career and has grown into more than a profession—it has become her ministry. She is committed to “Driving to Heal” by bringing advanced mobile wound care wherever you are.

Jerrikka Burrell

MSN, APRN, FNP-C, WCC

Co-Founder of Wound X Mobile

A board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, and a Wound Care Certified healthcare provider. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Coppin State University. Her clinical experience spans emergency medicine, advanced wound care consulting, and home health care, providing her with a well-rounded perspective on managing complex patient needs. With a passion for advancing wound healing and bringing exceptional care directly to those who need it most, Jerrikka remains committed to making a meaningful difference in every patient’s healing journey.

Tiffany Perry

MSN, APRN, FNP-BC, WCC

Co-founder of Wound X Mobile

A board-certified Nurse Practitioner specializing in wound care. Tiffany earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain School of Nursing and brings 13 years of clinical experience to her practice. Her clinical experience includes medical-surgical and Acute Care of the Elderly (ACE) units, dialysis and urgent care. She is also Wound Care Certified (WCC), reflecting her advanced training and expertise in modern wound management techniques. With a focus on advance wound care, she helps her patients heal from acute and chronic wounds working to restore quality of life. She is committed to staying current with the latest advances in wound care to deliver the highest quality outcomes for every patient she serves.
